Direct TV - the worst mistake I have ever made in satellite/cable choices. Since November, I have had nothing but problems with Direct TV. Apparently the capability of posting a payment properly to one's account is not in their training materials. After faxing copies of cleared checks - made payable to Direct TV, PO Box 6414, Carol Stream, IL 60197-6414 - I was told on at least 3 occasions that my checks were not cashed by Direct TV - but by Cingular One.
