A warning to anyone using Canterbury Termite and Pest Control or any company that requires access to your home by the landlord because they cannot give you a time (other than a 4-5 hr span) when they will arrive. I thought these companies were bonded and insured and I could trust that nothing would be "missing" when I returned.
