For the second year in a row, out of our escrow account, Chase financial property tax dep't has paid the property taxes on property for which they hold the loan as well as on another property that has nothing to do with them. They have held the loan on this property for several years . yet suddenly last year they started paying the taxes on an unrelated property as well.
