Chase Home Finance has been the worst company I have had the displeasure to work with. They have lost our paperwork several times for our modification and have even lost one of our payments that I have verified they cashed. This modification process has been going on nearly 2 years. We just received a call today 12/2/2009 asking for our paperwork yet again. I advise ANYONE who has a loan or credit card from them to get a refi to another company or transfer your balance over to a new card. These retarded people shouldn't be allowed to obtain anyone else's money. read full review »
