Hughesnet should be sued for false advertizing. Slower that dialup most of the time. Dealing with idiots who can't think for themselves in India. You can't get anything done in under 30 min on the phone. They can not transfer you back to someone in America that could help. You can never get anyone in India to fix a problem. I suspended my service and when I tried to reconnect it some idiot turned it on on the wrong transponder and it took about 40 hours on the phone and talked to 10 different people finaly got someone in America... read full review »
