12/2/09 We manufacture cleaning product; it is liquid with either sprayers or screw-tops. We have been in business for over 20 years; UPS costs us lots of money, they CRUSH our boxes (and they are sturdy) never owning up to destroying our orders. They do not contact us to let us know in a timely manner that our customer didn't get their order, and are not customer friendly. We switched to FedEx and are very happy. They rarely ruin our shipment and if they do they let us know right away; sometimes we see a check in the mail before... read full review »
