I had $23.00 deducted from my Visa for an answer on how to replace a radio aerial on my 1994 toyota hilux. Prior to getting an answer but after $23.00 was deducted from my Visa card my neighbour solved my problem. I immediately advised Just Answer that the problem was fixed.I received a reply saying thats good. Since 1st December 2009 when this episode took place I have sent no less than forty emails requesting a refund, all have fallen on deaf ears.
