I have been living in Florida since 2000, but in 2003 is when I got my first place which the Electricity was under my name for the 1st time, since then I have always paid on time. Last year my husband got laid off and things were going rough on December 2008 I got laid off as well, though all that we tried our best to pay our bill on time. but there have been situations where we get very behind because we have no money, they turned off our electricity and water 3 times, I have 2 small kids 18 months and 4 years old.
