To start Compass ATM machine ate my business debit card. I asked teller to look into it and she denied it. She flat out said there is no card in the ATM machine. The next day they called me and said they found a card because a customer turned it in from the ATM machine. I asked them to cancel it. Two weeks went by but I didn't get the new card.
