I brought of a ROCA WEAR Nylon Vest and I notice that the logo on the back was missing letters. I ship it back the same day for an exchange. 4 days goes by and I decided to give them a call. When speaking to the first consumer service person he hangs up on me before I can really start talking about my problem.
