new HP laptop had software issues, the cursor jumps around in any document when typing. by the time you realize it you have typed text in the middle of other words and can never figure out what to erase or correct. ITS A FRIKEN PAIN!!! I also had a white dot on the screen, like it was burned into the screen, it would never go away and drive you crazy when trying to look at things on screen in that area. now the touch pad is going hay wire when trying to move the cursor it just does what it wants. our HP printer is noew too, and it... read full review »
