I love my Macy's. I buy almost anything there for Christmas and so. I had a 400 dollar limit and i worked hard to keep my good standing paid above the minimum and paid on time. So now I go to Macy's and was paying with my card of 47 dollars and my card is no good. I call customer service and they tell me my credit is down to 220 dollars. Why bring me down from 400 to 220. Thanks alot Macy's, my christmas was ruined this year. Now I'll go see my grandkids 150 miles with no gifts. What the hell, I'm still in good standing. Fix it. read full review »
