After a year & a half of treatments without seeing results, I was burnt in 3 spots. They never even called to check on me. Then my next treatment we did a "re-evaluation of my skin" & I was assured it would not happen again. The evaluation took so long that I was not able to finish my whole treatment and was kicked out so they could do the next person.
