Unauthorized charges appeared on my account when I signed up for this free trial. I called the company and they denied any knowledge of the other charges, but coincidentally they were of the exact same amount as their company's charge, just with a different company name. And they appeared at the exact same time on my bank statement. I immediately canceled the trial offer and demanded they reverse all charges. This has not occurred yet. read full review »
