I have been pursuing a refund since 2006--out of principal, since the money is symbolic at this point. The unsupervised estheticians burned and damaged my skin. I signed a contract that said sessions are supervised by doctors--I was never allowed to see "the doctor" and verify that the laser and micro-dermabrasions were conducted properly.
