We had been contacted by Idearc to do advertising in the verizon yellow pages and never signed a contract. They told my boss when they spoke to him that they had to lock in the rates for advertising and then they recorded the only part of the conversation that dealt with the prices. They were to call me to clear everything. Never got a call or any papers.
