I bought My labtop in September 27th 2007. On around January 12th 2008 my computer broke and I had to send it in to Hewitt Packard for repair. I found out that my Mother Board was broken and needed to be replaced. I had to wait around a month to get it back. I filed a complaint because they kept delaying the return date and I got a case manager someone who is supposed to be able to help you they told me he would call me back in 48 hours he took over one week to call me back and he didnt even call me back I had to get into contact with him... read full review »
