I am having the SAME problems as everyone else regarding rebate from Grocery Rebate Redemption - Joliet, Il. I happened to check the website because I wanted to check on the status of my first VISA card (which I sent in the paperwork by October 31, 2009 and the website www.groceryrebate.net comes up with "Sorry - Site Under Construction. Please try back later." Along with the rest of you am out the $9.95 registration fee WHICH they had no problem asking for and then cashing.
