I ordered christmas gifts online to be delivered on 12/15/09. My hubby works nites so he stayed alert all day waiting for UPS to deliver. After no sign of package around 7pm that day, i checked tracking. I was alarmed when ups claims that the package was delivered 10am 12/15. Further investigation revealed that driver "claims" the package was left behind a DUST PAN on the porch. WTF... a box containing 299.99 game system was left with no knock, ring, or rap on the door.
