I went in and got a hair cut. Very uneven went back the next day and told sorry there is nothing we can do for you. I called headquaters and they REFUSE to do anything for me. I filed a complaint with the BBB and since Master Cuts did nothing they closed the case. I do not recommend anyone getting their hair cut at their store. They will mess up your hair and you will have to go somewhere else to get it fixed at your expense. Terrible company to deal with. They hide behind everything they can and do not post their licences as required by law. I highly recommend that you go elsewhere and do not utilitize this store. read full review »
