Purity 12 has finally fixed all of their shipping and credit card problems and are providing much better customer support. I tried the free samples and received valid confirmation emails and shipping/tracking information, as well as received my product in a timely manner. They did not automatically put me on autoship or charge me anything other that the simple $9.95 for shipping and handling. I think this company's products are great and I hope people keep buying from them. It seems like many startup companies have hiccups but at least Purity 12 has worked them out and is trying to provide good service. read full review »
