I had totally unlimited everything plan for 99.00 but have paid well over 100.00 every month over a year . My bank statements show that I have made payments every month. Sprint says that I am behind but cannot prove it . I asked for proof in the mail but what I got was my last months statement which I already have and $15.00 x 3 added for reprint . Why did I get charged 45.00 for something that I did not ask for and why was I not informed of being charged for a few sheets of paper that dont give the slightest idea of where I got behind.
