My problems began with Navy Federal last year after I got out after many years of Honorable service in the military. I have two credit cards with Navy Federal. Being out of work I was unable to make the high minimum payments. So I spoke with a Navy Federal rep and arranged payments with Navy Federal. The minimum payment was adjusted and I set up a payment plan. A few months went by and I started receiving the phone calls. 3 times a day, 4 times a day and sometimes as high as 8 times a day.
