I have to complain about a lack of service at CVS Pharmacy in Foxboro, MA where Jay Mills is the store Manager. The incident was with the Photo Department. I did ask the technician's name and it was Katie (though since she had walked away I had to get her name from the shift supervisor). I used to work as an Assistant Manager at a CVS in Plymouth and was shocked at the utter lack of customer service and rude attitude.
