On the street where I was a pedestrian, truck # 0210171 at 3:30 pm on Dec. 22, 2009, blocked a sidewalk I was walking on, and continued delivering mail as I approached. I had no choice but step out into the street, as oncoming cars approached, to get around him, and back on the sidewalk. As this could have presented a serious safety hazard, I feel your delivery man should be counseled as to how mail should have been delivered.
