My son's aunt in California shipped a package more than a week before Christmas. The first time UPS tried to deliver (12-21-09), everyone was at work. They left a card saying they would try again the next day. Problem is, everyone was at work AGAIN. They tried one more time, and instead of sending the package to the local UPS (less than 6 miles from our house), they SENT THE PACKAGE BACK. Way to go, UPS.
