Mawi painting in Moreno Valley submitted a bid with guidelines for work to be done. He did not honor the guidelines that he set forth. He used cheap paint, using water based paint over oil based paint. He was to sand, fill, and patch before painting. This was not done. He did not protect my white carpeting and when asked to do so he threw dirty tarps over the carpet. He damage the bathroom door as it no longer locks.
