I ordered a Western Digital hard drive from e-tech on 11/06/09 that was advertised as new. I was sent the wrong drive. I returned that hard drive as was supposed to be sent the correct drive. I was sent a broken drive. When I called to complain about this drive, I was told first that I would have to speak with the tech assigned to my case. After over a week of my calling them and being promised a call back to rectify this problem I finally got to speak with someone.
