Mawi painting in Moreno Valley was referred to me by a relative. He submitted a bid with guidelines for work to be done. He did not honor the bid, use the lowest grade paint(my doors still stick after 3 months). He used water base paint over oil base without proper priming. He was to sand, fill and patch before painting--this was not done. He did not protect my white carpeting and when I asked for protection he threw dirty tarps over the carpets.
