On 12/20, I placed an order with a company I use all the time. I paid for 2-day shipping. I received an email on 12/21 I received an email from the company. The email was a confirmation that the product I ordered had shipped out with UPS and provided me with a tracking number. On 12/26 when my package STILL had NOT arrived through UPS, I checked the tracking number. It said "billing information received." On 12/28 (a week later), I checked again, same status. I called UPS.
