I have been a member of Navy Federal Credit Union for over 18 years. For these years I have noticed that their customer service is very poor. If it was not for the US Military NFCU would not be here. I have a list of these abusive customer service people like Kevin in the credit card department, Kamy at ext 20906, Holly, Kelly in customer service department. John Marshall, and so on.
