Service man refussed to tranfer call to higher up and made comment that, "you americans are all alike." I am trying to get my service terminated from suspension sense moving to another area. I had paid my bill in full, or so I was told. He was telling me that I still owed a large amount even though I was getting statements that I had a credit coming to me.
