I have been having tremendous difficulty in obtaining the package from UPS. They have been giving me the run around for the past 3 days now and still do not have the package. I already have spoken to the second supervisor now from UPS and I really don't know if these incompetent people will deliver. I even tried picking up the package at the UPS site and they said that the driver had the package and that he would deliver it before 5pm.
