I used Intelius.com to lookup the address of an old friend to send a Christmas card. Although the lookup was advertised as FREE in the Google search, when it came to getting and address it cost $.95. In a hurry I went ahead an used my debit to pay the charge. A week later a $19.95 charge appeared on myAccount Activity report cryptically encoded INT*IDPROTECT MTR SVC. I have so-far been unable to talk to anyone at Intelus. I would warn anyone considering using INTELIUS.COM to find an address or phone number to reconsider. read full review »
