I have to agree with the other previous postings. My husband was laid off from his job of 12 years, at the same time I was out of work due to a short term disability. Although my husband gained employment, his income has significantly dropped. We fell a few months behind in our mortage and applied for a modification program. We are now about to submit our 4th application. Every time we submit an application, it seems to never get processed and the information is destroyed.
