After contacting ADT about a code appearing on the alarm display, they said that this code can't be fixed over the phone so they have to send someone out to take a look at it. A couple of days later, they show up to fix it and then when I receive my bill their is a $980 charge!!! This charge was never discussed with me at anytime during the time I had contact with them.
