I received a singer sewing machine for christmas from my husband, we threw out the receipt because i was not expecting to have to return the product. Upon using the product i discovered that the sewing machine was broken. I went to Target in Latham, NY today to exchange it for a working model. The Customer Service employee was helpful and agreed to do the exchange without the receipt. I was instructed to walk to the back of the store and get a new one then to come back and get in line.
