I purchased aKenmore refrigerator on Monday of last week, delivered on Wednesday of last week, and this is Sunday and my refrigerator is not working and I called customer service, the 800 number crying and the woman asked me if I was on any medication. Evidently they are diagnosing medical conditions now, of course I was crying and this is the second week without the refrigerator. I bought from Sears from Customer Service, whick evidently is not the case. read full review »
