I am never going to use or recommend Direct TV to anyone ever again. I have had nothing but bad experiences with these people. Out of countless calls to try and get my problems rectified, I only spoke with one customer service rep who was the least bit helpful and polite. Come to find out later unfortunately, that she outright lied to me. This company is a joke. I can't understand how they are still in business.
