I currenly have Dish Network as part of a bundle with AT&T -- their online chat is worthless - all they do is end up referring you to call them (why even have online chat customer service then!) -- They do NOT respond to e-mail requests in a timely manner -- When you do call them, it takes them forever to answer the phone, they end up transferring you all over the place - when you have a bundled account you cannot access your programming etc. online to order pay-per-view - they get bitchy when you don't have a phone line connected to... read full review »
