Euro-Pro Operating, LLC is nothing but a scam and rip off! I really wish I would've done my research before purchasing from this infomercial. The product is crap and so is the phony customer service. I'm still dealing with there BS. I've been trying to get my $ back from this company for about 2 months now. I got tired of calling them so I filed a complaint with the better business bureau so that they can help me get a refund.
