After nearly a year without a dishwasher, a windfall allowed us to buy the least expensive GE unit at the Oregon City, OR Home Depot on 12/07/09. We paid extra for delivery, set-up and removal of our old unit, plus $20 for the gizmo that attaches the machine to our plumbing. The dishwasher did not work! On 12/21/09 a repair person from Appliance Hospital spent 3 hours with no results, promising to return in 2010. I called both GE and Home Depot because I want the machine replaced.
