Have you set up to watch a football game and the pregame show is getting ready to come on and up on the screen you are asked if you would like to watch the pregame show it will cost $44.99 and you say to yourself wait a minute I have Sunday ticket. THat's when you have to get on the phone and wait and explain that you pay for sunday ticket why can't you watch the pregame.
