I have yet again had to call my local phone company to dispute monthly billing charges made to my account on behalf of an online resource that I had never heard of/nor signed up for! I am so sick of having to sit on hold waiting for one of these companies to answer their phone, then argue with them that there is no way I would have signed up for any of these services!
