Sears seems to have outsourced their customer service to some south american country where the people answering the phones, and their supervisors are powerless to deal with customer support effectively. Sears should realize that their customer service reps are their front line to their customer and they need to be able to show some flexibility and take some initiative to satisfy the customer.
