Some time in Dec. 2009 I recieved a bottle of pills in the mail. I figured it was some unsolicited crap and threw it out. On 1/7/09 I found a $79.00 charge on my debit card. My bank gave me the above number which I called and discovered the name of the company. The operator determined that there was an account under my name and address and that I had "ordered" a some kind of weight loss product.
