UPS is unreliable and non customer oriented. I recently placed on order with a company who uses UPS as their primary delivery method. As UPS has only managed to deliver 1 package to my home I was concerned so as soon as a tracking number was generated I called UPS to inform them of this ongoing problem and to offer a contact number and directions.
