I placed an order for an exerciser on Dec 07, 2009 and Allegro Medical immediately charged my visa account. Their web site showed that the item was in stock and that it would ship in 1 to 3 business days. After 2 weeks the order was still showing "awaiting Shipment" then they emailed me and offered to "refund" my money if I was "tired of waiting".
