I. Hughesnet does not live up yo its advertised speeds 2. Their Tech Support Dept. is inept, unqualified, incompetent, worthless, time-wasting, etc., etc. etc. 3. Their constant daily advertising on DirecTV about how great their service is only suckers more people into buying their service which just makes the problem worse. I have just filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision. They are online at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ In my complaint I went to add my recent speed test history - and guess what? - Hughesnet had deleted it! However I had a copy of it so I was able to send it to the FTC despite Hughesnet. read full review »
