I ordered a free trial for the cost of $4.95 which was for the shipping of the product only to be charged an additional $39.90 for two other products I DID NOT ORDER thus did not authorized the transaction for. I called the 888-692-8352 number and was on hold for 15 minutes before I could actually speak with someone. Tricia claiming to be the highest manager in the department proceeded to yell over me while I tried to talk.
